6. Products – Store Functioning
The sale of products is governed by separate Terms & Conditions of Sale (TCS). Some information on the Site may contain errors or omissions. EgoFilm strives to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee it.

Personalized digital products: some products offered on the website are personalized digital services. Their sale is governed by the specific conditions described in the Terms and Conditions (CGV). These products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

7. Liability
EgoFilm cannot be held liable for interruptions, malfunctions, or bugs on the Site, issues related to the user’s internet connection or equipment, content available on third-party websites, or obvious errors that may appear in the content. Nothing in these Terms can limit the consumer’s legal rights under French or European law.

By posting any review, comment, photo, message, or any other content, you declare that you hold all rights necessary to publish it, you are solely responsible for its content, and you guarantee that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws. EgoFilm may delete any content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, inappropriate, or infringing intellectual property rights.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. If you reside in another EU country, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country. After attempting amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
