Shipping policy

1. Delivery Times
The order will be processed (produced) within an estimated 2 to 5 business days after payment validation.
Then, the parcel will be handed over to the carrier within 2 to 6 business days (excluding force majeure).

Average delivery times from the date of shipment are 5 to 20 business days.
These timeframes vary depending on the destination country, the volume of current orders, and seasonal peaks.

These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual. EgoFilm cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

In accordance with Article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, EgoFilm undertakes to deliver any order within a maximum of 30 days from the purchase confirmation.

2. Delivery Methods
Regardless of the destination country, La Poste or another national postal operator will handle the parcel once shipped.
A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
However, tracking may not be available in certain countries.

3. Responsibility and Disputes
  • Delivery times: If an order has not been received within 21 days after shipment, the customer is invited to contact EgoFilm for assistance.
  • Delivery address: The customer must provide a complete and accurate address. In case of non-delivery or delay due to an incorrect or incomplete address, EgoFilm cannot be held responsible. Any fees related to reshipment or return will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Force majeure: EgoFilm cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, postal disruptions, etc.).
  • Lost parcels: In case of a loss confirmed by the carrier, the customer may choose between a full refund or a free replacement shipment.

If you believe your order is lost, please contact us via the contact form or at support@egofilm-universe.com within 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the product type and destination.

For T-shirts, the following rates apply:

All prices include VAT.
The exact amount is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination.

For logistical, customs, or geopolitical reasons, we do not ship to the following countries:
Russia, Belarus, Ukraine (regions: Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk), Gaza Strip (Palestine), Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba, Ecuador.

5. Customs Fees
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and/or import taxes may apply depending on the country.
These fees are imposed by local authorities and remain the customer’s responsibility

6. Production & Additional Information
  • Production time (before shipping) is approximately 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product.
  • Tracking is provided whenever possible, but some destinations do not support full tracking.

7. Digital Products (Personalized Videos)

Personalized digital videos are delivered exclusively via a Google Drive download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Between 24 and 48 hours after payment validation.

  • Availability: Your download link will remain active for 30 days. After this period, the file will be permanently deleted from our servers for privacy and storage reasons.

  • Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save the video locally within this 30-day timeframe. EgoFilm cannot be held responsible for the loss of the file once it has been deleted.

  • Shipping Fees: No shipping fees apply to digital products.
